  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
