• 1 can (23 oz) sweet potatoes in syrup, drained and mashed (about 2 cups)
• 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons corn syrup
• 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 jar (3 1/2 oz) macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped, or 3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
