  • 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 can (12 ounces) beer or nonalcoholic beer
