Frosted Oatmeal Bars

This recipe is great for busy people with no time to bake cookies. They are quick, easy and delicious!

In medium bowl, combine oats, sugar, butter, and honey. Microwave on high for 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 minutes or until bubbly, stirring twice. Spread honey mixture in an 8 x 8 inch pan. Cool in refrigerator....


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
