Meatloaf is great comfort food, and this version is lower in fat and very flavorful. The addition of yogurt makes it really moist.
3 Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 170°F. Let stand 5 minutes; drain. Remove from pan.
