Creamy pasta made using low-fat ham, bell pepper and celery - a distinctive baked meal!

4 Bake at 325°F. for 50 to 60 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir before serving.


  • 7 1/2 oz. (3 cups) uncooked bow tie pasta (farfalle)
  • 2 (8-oz.) containers light sour cream
  • 1 (12-oz.) container nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose or unbleached flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cubed extra-lean cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
