Mango-Mint Fruit Dip

A nice addition to a brunch or buffet, this creamy four-ingredient dip can be made in 10 minutes.

2 Add marshmallow creme and cream cheese; process about 10 seconds or until well blended. Serve with fruit. Garnish with mint leaf, if desired.


  • 1 cup chopped seeded peeled mango (about 1/2 medium)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • Assorted cut-up fresh fruit
