  • 4 ounces Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 loaf French bread, cubed
