Thai Red Curry Beef

Red curry is one of the major kinds of curry commonly used in Thai food which are named for their color. The other two are yellow and green.

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Thai or Italian basil
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag bag Birds Eye® Frozen Broccoli Stir-Fry
  • 3/4 pound flank steak sliced thinly
