  • 1 vanilla bean, scraped
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, plus more for decorating
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 8 fresh figs
  • cooking spray
