  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons dried cilantro flakes

  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 5 cups chopped hearts of romaine
