Oma's Cottage Cheesecake

A delicious cheesecake that is made in a blender with cottage cheese. It's easy, and lower in calories than the cream cheese cheesecake.

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
