  • 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
  • Water to cover if necessary
  • 4 baby bok choy, split
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Sliced scallions for garnish
  • 1 pound fresh wonton noodles, blanched and shocked in ice water
