Custard Pie III

Evaporated milk together with whole milk make this easy-to-make custard pie nice and velvety. It bakes up in an hour and is wonderful served warm or chilled.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs for approximately 2 minutes. Gradually add sugar, butter or margarine, milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract....

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
