  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 pounds baby bella mushrooms, chopped
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons beef broth base (such as Orrington Farms®)
