1) First of all, you have to take a jam jar or a container with a tight sealing lid.
2) Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil into the jar.
3) They must be combined well.
4) A big pinch of salt needs to be added.
5) A few grinds of black pepper should also be added.
6) The lid has to be screwed and shaken in a vigorous manner.
7) A piece of lettuce must be dipped into the vinaigrette.
8) Taste.

- 10) Dried herbs 1 teaspoon. (Optional)
- 11) Brown sugar - spoonful (Optional)
