This banana bread recipe recommends using over-ripe bananas and you must make sure that the yellow peels are at least half browned. The inside part has to be squishy and browning. You can vey the quantity of sugar bananas according to your own requirements. There is no need of any mixer and you just need only a spoon to mix the batter and a fork to whisk the eggs.
First of all, you must preheat oven to 350 Degree Fahrenheit.
4x8-inch loaf pan has to be buttered.
The next step is to take a mixing bowl.
Ripe bananas need to be mashed with the help of a fork. (Make sure that it becomes very smooth).
The melted butter must be stirred into the mashed bananas.
Now, you can mix the salt and baking soda as well.
Vanilla extract, beaten egg and sugar must also be mixed in.
Finally, mix in the flour.
The batter has to be poured into the prepared loaf pan.
It should be baked for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350 Degree Fahrenheit. (hen a toothpick is inserted, it must come out clean).
You can remove from the pan.
It should be cooled completely on a rack.
Then, the banana bread should be removed from the pan.
You need to slice it before serving.

- Egg – 1 large no. (It must be beaten).
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon.
- Ripe bananas – 3 nos. (They should be peeled).
- All purpose flour – 1 1/2 cups.
- Sugar – 3/4 cup.
- Baking soda- 1 teaspoon.
