Beef burger ingredients must be placed in a bowl.
You need to mix them well using your hands.
It should be divided in to 4 balls. (It should be flattened into patties that are a bit bigger than hamburger buns.
The patties must be about 1-1/2 cm /2/3 inches.
The centre of the patties should be indented in a slight manner using your thumb. (This approach prevents shrinking and also from becoming a dome shape).
The patties should be placed in the fridge for about 15 minutes. (If you are making them in advance, you should keep it overnight).
The oven should be turned on very low. (It is being done to maintain the bacon and onion warm).
Now, you must heat oil in a heavy based pan over high heat or BBQ.
Bacon must be added and cooked according to your own preference.
The bacon has to be removed from the pan.
Place it on a tray.
Pop into the oven to keep warm.
Onion must be added to the pan. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until it turns soft and brown.
It should be place in the oven with the bacon to keep warm.
Now, the patties need to be placed in the pan and they should be cooked for 3 to 4 minutes until the underside turns brown nicely.
Beef burgers should be flipped and the other side must be cooked for 1 minute.
Then, you need to place a slice of cheese on each burger.
Cover using a lid and cook for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes until it turns brown and the cheese is melted.
Beef burgers must be removed from the pan.
Set aside and cover it loosely with foil.
The eggs need to be cracked into the pan.
You can cook according to your liking.
Now, the hamburger buns must be toasted in a light manner (Optional).
In order to assemble, tomato ketchup should be spread on the hamburger bun.
Then, you need to top the hamburger bun, beef burger, bacon, onion and egg with lettuce and tomato.
The next step is to place the bun on top.
The dish is ready to serve.

- Worcestershire sauce – 1 tablespoon.
- Egg – 1 no.
- Black pepper – to taste.

- Lettuce
- Cheddar cheese – 4 slices.
- Tomato ketchup.
