Black Raspberry Creme Soft Shelled Tart

Cooking guidelines - shell
1) Take a tart pan (9-inch round) and it should be buttered.
2) Salt, sugar and butter must be beaten together using a handheld or stand mixer for a minute until becomes fluffy.
3) Eggs need to be added one at a time and each one has to be mixed completely prior to adding the next one.
4) Orange zest and vanilla extract have to be added and mixed.
5) Then, flour needs to be added and mixed.
6) In order to making sure that all components are properly mixed, the bowls bottom and sides should be scraped with the help of a spatula.
7) The batter must be poured into the prepared tart pan.
8) It should be spread in the pan for covering the bottom and sides up to the top of the pan, thus creating a cavity.
9) The batter has to be placed in the refrigerator.
Cooking guidelines - batter
1) The oven has to be preheated to 350 Degree Fahrenheit.
2) Salt, sugar, vanilla, egg yolks and creme fraiche need to be whisked together and it should be poured onto the cavity of the batter.
3) It should be made smooth with the help of a spatula to create a border of crust batter between the filling and tart pans side. (Takes the shape of a rim)
4) The berries have to be placed in the filling.
5) The tart has to be placed in the oven and baked for 35 minutes until becomes golden in a slight manner.
6) It can be served warm.

- Creme fraiche - 3/4 cups.
- Salt - 1/8 teaspoon.
- Egg yolks - 2 nos.
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons.
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon.
