4) As the ice cream is churning, blueberry sauce can be made. Lemon juice, salt, water, cornstarch, sugar and blueberries must be stirred together in a small saucepan and the heat needs to be kept at medium-low.
5) They should be kept on stirring for 5 minutes until the juices get thickened and berries burst.
6) After taking out from heat, it has to be placed in a small bowl and placed in the refrigerator as the ice cream keeps on churning.
7) After the churning process in over, ice cream should be spooned into a freezer safe container in a fast manner.
8) Blueberry sauce must be added and swirled to combine.
9) Crumbled graham crackers need to be added and stirred in a lightly manner.
