1) For making the ice cream, bourbon, salt, brown sugar, cream, milk and cream cheese have to be blended in a food processor’s bowl that is fitted with a blade attachment.
2) All these ingredients should be blended on high speed to make a smooth mixture.
3) The mixture has to be transferred to an ice cream maker’s bowl and churned based on the guidelines of the manufacturer. The duration comes around 30 to 45 minutes.
4) As the ice cream is churning, blueberry sauce can be made. Lemon juice, salt, water, cornstarch, sugar and blueberries must be stirred together in a small saucepan and the heat needs to be kept at medium-low.
5) They should be kept on stirring for 5 minutes until the juices get thickened and berries burst.
6) After taking out from heat, it has to be placed in a small bowl and placed in the refrigerator as the ice cream keeps on churning.
7) After the churning process in over, ice cream should be spooned into a freezer safe container in a fast manner.
8) Blueberry sauce must be added and swirled to combine.
9) Crumbled graham crackers need to be added and stirred in a lightly manner.
10) You must keep the ice cream in the freezer for around 4 hours at least. The best option available is keeping overnight.

- Light brown sugar – 1 cup. (Lightly packed)
- Heavy whipping cream – 1 cup.
- Whole milk – 1 cup.
- Cream cheese – 1 package (8-ounce).
- For the blueberry sauce
- Graham crackers (Crumbled) – 1 heaping cup.
- Fresh blueberries – 1 cup.
- Fresh lemon juice – 1 tablespoon.
- Salt – A pinch.
- Granulated sugar - 1/4 cup.
- Corn starch - 2 teaspoons.
- Water - 1/4 cup.
