- Large eggs – 3 nos.
- Granulated water – 1/3 cup.
- Dark brown sugar (Packed) – 1 1/2 cups.
- Baking powder – 1 1/2 teaspoons.
- Kosher salt – 1 3/4 teaspoons.
- All purpose flour – 1 1/2 cup.
- Cornmeal (Fine grind) – 1/2 cup. (You can keep some more for pan)
- Unsalted butter – 1 1/2 cups. (More can be kept for pan)
- Large ears of corn – 5 nos. (They need to be husked and kernels cut from cobs)
