And this beef stew is extremely delicious and you can associate wonderful aroma and texture. First of all, you have to take a bowl. Place the beef into the bowl. Wash the beef in the best possible manner. You have to pat the beef cubes dry. The excess water has to be drained out of the bowl.
The next step is to add extra virgin oil. Then, you have to add salt. Garlic and pepper should be added to the meat. You need to toss around the mix in the bowl. The bowl should be covered tightly.
Put it in the refrigerator at least for 30 minutes before cooking.
Now, you need to take potatoes. They should be washed and peeled. Then, you have to cut them into 1-inch pieces.
When you finish cutting potatoes, you need to take a big pot. A small amount of extra virgin oil should be drizzled in the bottom. You should heat the pot by keeping the flame on a medium level for a few seconds.
The marinated beef should be taken out of the refrigerator. Place it into the pot. After having placed the beef into the pot, you should brown the beef on all ends in an even manner. It is being done to seal the meat juices in.
When the meat turns brown, you should add 1/2 packet of sazon.
Then, you have to add 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
The next step is to add 4 tablespoons of sofrito.
Now, water should be added along with pimento olives. The quantity of water should be limited to cover the beef only.
Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
After having boiled the meat for 5 minutes, the potatoes should be added.
Then, you have to boil the mixture for five minutes again.
The olives should be added. And the pot needs to be covered.
Bring down to a simmer. You need to simmer for 90 minutes.
The Spanish beef stew is ready to serve.

- Stew beef - 2 lbs (It should be cut in 1-inch cubes)
- Idaho Potatoes - 4 Nos. (It should be cut in 1-inch pieces)
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Water - As required to cover beef
- Pimento Olives- 10 Nos.
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Goya Sofrito - 4 tablespoons
- Sazon - 1/2 packet
- Goya Tomato Sauce - 1/2 Can
- Extra virgin oil - 4 tablespoons.
