  • Sesame oil – 1/2 – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chinese cooking wine – 1-1/2 tablespoons.
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoons.

  • Shredded cooked chicken – 1 cup. (You can use other protein of choice as well).
  • Fresh egg noodles – 6 oz/180 grams.
  • Finely sliced green part of scallion/shallot – 1 no.
