You have to preheat the oven to 410 Degree Fahrenheit.
The turkey must be seasoned properly.
It should be placed into the roasting tray.
Butter needs to be spread all over the chicken and also should be covered with pancetta.
Bay leaves, thyme, garlic, celery, carrots, leeks and onions must be arranged around the turkey.
The next step is to pour 1 liter of water into the roasting tray.
The tray needs to be covered with tin foil. (You have to make sure that the tin foil covers the turkey and tray tightly to allow it to steam properly).
Now, it should be placed in the oven and cook for 45 minutes.
Then, turn the oven to 340 Degree Fahrenheit and keep on cooking for another two hours.
The tin should be removed during the last 30 minutes of cooking and you have to peel off the bacon.
The oven should be turned up to 390 Degree Fahrenheit.
The turkey should be roasted until it turns golden brown and crisp.
When it is roasted up to the desired level, you can take it from the oven and keep it in the room temperature for 45 minutes.
Finally, you have to carve the turkey and it can be served with vegetables.

- Thyme – 10 grams.
- Halved celery sticks – 2 nos.
- Bulb of garlic – 1/2
