Take a large pan.
Put the spinach into it.
Pour over a couple of tablespoon water.
You have to cook until just wilted.

Then, you have to chop roughly.
The next step is to chop the tomatoes.
Place the tomatoes into a bowl.
Add spinach
Then, the feta and eggs should also be added.

The filo pastry should be carefully unrolled.
In order to stop the drying process, you can cover the pastry with damp sheets of kitchen paper.
Then, you have to take a sheep of pastry and brush with sun-dried tomato oil in a liberal way.
In order to make some of the pastry hang over the side, you need to drape oil-side down in a 22 cm loose-bottomed cake tin.
Then, oil should be brushed on another piece of pastry.

Heat oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4.
The pie should be cooked for 30 minutes.

It should be removed from the cake tin.
Slice into wedges.
It can be served with salad.
