Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3 nos.
  • Flour – 4 1/4 cups.
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon.
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup.
  • Butter – 1/2 cup. (It should be melted).
  • Yeast – 2 packages. (You should not use the quick rising version).
  • Water – 1cup. (110 Degrees Fahrenheit)

Cooking guidelines

You should combine yeast and water in the bowl.

Let stand for 5 minutes.

Butter must be stirred in using a wooden spoon.

Eggs, salt and sugar must also be stirred in.

Flour should be added one cup at a time.

You have to beat it really well.

Now, it should be covered and refrigerated for two hours. (You can keep it on the refrigerator for 3 days).

A 13x9 baking pan must be greased.

The dough needs to be turned out onto the floored surface.

It should be divided into 24 pieces.

Now, each piece should be rolled into a smooth ball.

You must place each ball in rows into the prepared pan.

It should be covered and leave it for one hour until become doubled.

The oven must be heated to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.

The baking process should be done for 17 minutes and you have to stop when it turns golden brown.
