Easy Grilled Salmon

45 minThis easy grilled salmon recipe teaches you how to make an excellent salmon dish. Total time needed including preparation, cooking and marinating time to make this easy grilled salmon is 45 minutes.
1) Take all marinade ingredients in a bowl and they should be combined properly.
2) The fish fillets must be cut into pieces with a width of 1 1/2 to 2 inches.
3) The marinade ingredients have to be placed big casserole dish and salmon fillets must be coated with the marinated.
4) Finally, keep the skinless side down in the marinade. (You can do it for 20 minutes or of you have time, it can be placed in the refrigerator for 2 hours)
5) The marinate needs to removed from the filler prior to grilling.
6) The grill has to be prepared by keeping one side hot and other side with indirect heat.
7) Oil must be brushed for on the fillets and then, they should be placed on the grill skin side down to form good grill marks.
8) The lid of the grill has to be closed and cooked for 1 to 3 minutes.
9) They should be flipped over using tongs and spatula.
10) The lid of the grill must be closed again and cooked for 2 to 5 minutes. (Make sure that the salmon is just smeared.
11) They can be removed from the grilled and served.

- Salmon fillets - 1 1/2 to 3 pounds based on your requirement.
- Grapeseed, olive or canola oil

- Garlic cloves - 4 nos. (Minced)
- Soy sauce - 3/4 cup.

- Brown sugar - 2 to 4 tablespoons.
- Soy sauce - 1 cup.
- Garlic cloves - 4 to 5 numbers. (Crushed)
- Fresh ginger root - 1-inch nob. (Grated)
- #Ingredients for teriyaki marinade with mirin#
- Chili pepper flakes - a pinch
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.
- Mirin or seasoned white vinegar - 1/4 cup.
- Fresh ginger - 2 tablespoons. (Minced)
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup.
- Green onions - 1/4 cup.
- Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons.
- #Ingredients for yakitori marinade with sake#
- White sugar - 1/4 cup.
- Mirin - 1/2 cup.
- Sake - 1/2 cup.
- Red chili pepper flakes - A dash.
- Fresh ginger - 2 tablespoons. (Freshly grated)
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup.
- Garlic cloves - 2 nos. (Minced)
