The quantity advocated in this recipe helps you serve this dish for 4 people. First of all, you have to put the kettle on.
Then, the thighs should be fried in the oil in a casserole. (Instead of a casserole, a white pan with a lid can also be used).
Stop the process when the chicken turns brown.
The whites of spring onion should be stirred in with the flour and stock cubes. You have to make sure that the flour disappears.
Then, 750 ml hot water from the kettle should be stirred in a gradual manner. The carrots and potatoes should also be thrown in.
The next step is to bring to a simmer. Now, you have to cover it.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Then, the lid should be taken off. Simmer for 15 minutes.
The peas should be thrown in. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Season. The mustard should be stirred in.
Then, you must stir in green spring onion bits. Stir in the herbs and some seasoning as well.
The dish is ready to serve.

- Plain flour – 2 tablespoons.
- Frozen pea- 200 grams.
- Large carrot – 2 nos. (They should be cut into batons).
- Potato – 400 grams.
- Fresh soft herbs like chives, tarragon, dill or parsley – handful.
- Grainy mustard – 1 tablespoon.
