1) The first thing you need to do is to take one orange and 1/4 teaspoon zest should be grated from it.
2) They need to be peeled.
3) The next step is the process of chopping the flesh in a rough manner.
4) Once this process is completed, you have to place them in the bowl of a food processor along with pears and zest.
5) They must be blitzed in such a manner that the mixture is really smooth. You can keep on blitzing to optimize the smoothness.
6) Then, this mixture has to be poured into lolly containers.
