40 MinThis tea is excellent while you have a cold or if you would like to clean your body. Cut off 5 cm in length of ginger root, peel and grate roughly. Grated ginger boil for 15 minutes. Drain when finished. Serve finished ginger tea with honey and lemon. Drink while warm.
