1) Take a big zip-top freezer bag, and garlic, ginger, tandoori spice and yogurt must be combined in the bag.
2) Kosher salt needs to be used to season to taste.
3) The bag has to be sealed after adding the chicken wings and your hands need to be used for squishing around so that the wings get coated in the marinade.
4) It must be refrigerated overnight and you need to squish the bag once more halfway through.
5) In a small bowl, chili pepper, cumin, chutney and yogurt must be combined, and salt needs to be added to taste. (It can be covered and refrigerated again until ready to use.
6) For cooking the wings, the grill needs to heated and make sure that the coals have become orange in color.
7) The wings must be arranged on the grill and they should be covered and cooked for 12 minutes.
8) Then, the cover has to be removed and wings need to be turned before putting the cover back again.
9) They should be grilled again for another 12 minutes.
10) Once again, cover must be removed and wings should be flipped.
11) They have to be cooked for another 5 minutes uncovered.
12) The wings should be transferred to a plate and set aside for 5 minutes.
13) Chopped cilantro has to be sprinkled in and it can be served with lime wedges and dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- Kosher salt - to taste.
- Large garlic clove - 1 no. (It should be smashed)
- Fresh ginger root - 2 to 3 thick slices.
- Tandoori spice powder - 2 healing tablespoons. (You can also keep some red food coloring of you want)
- Plain whole milk yogurt - 2 cups.
- Chicken wings - 1 1/2 pounds. (They need to be separated into drumette and wingette)

- Serrano pepper - 1/2 (It should be seeded and you need to chop it finely)
- Kosher salt - to taste.
- Ground cumin -3/4 teaspoon.
- Prepared coriander chutney - 1 tablespoon.
- Plain whole milk yogurt - 1 1/2 cups.
