First of all, pepper and salt should be used to season the chicken thighs.
Take of eight sprigs from the basil and they should be laid on top of each chicken thigh.

You need to remove it from the oven and the heat of the oven must be increased to 220C 200C fan/gas 7.
The foil has to be removed from the pan and beans should be stirred into the tomato mixture.

The remaining basil must be torn roughly and it should be scattered over the pan.
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons.
- Skinless, chicken thighs (bone in) – 8 nos.
- Garlic – 2 whole heads.
- Prosciutto or other dry-cured ham – 8 slices.
- Dry white wine – 175 ml.
- Tomatoes – 800 grams.
- Basil – large bunch
- Cannellini beans or other white beans – 400 gram can. (They should be rinsed and drained as well).
- Salt and freshly ground pepper – to taste.
