1) The first thing you need to do is to preheat oven to 200 Degrees Fahrenheit.
2) Take two baking sheets with parchment.
3) Zucchini slices should be lined onto these sheets.
4) Parmesan needs to be grated in an even manner over slices.
5) Salt must be sprinkled.
6) The baking sheets have to be placed in the oven and baked for a period between 1 3/4 hours to 2 1/2 hours. (The exact time needs to be decided on the basis of the thickness and baking sheets have to be rotated halfway through).
7) It must be removed from the oven and the crisps should be allowed to cool completely.
