It is extremely rich in dietary fiber and this fruit also contains high doses of vitamin A. Other nutrients available include iron, copper, phytonutrients, sodium, folate, vitamin B6, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, vitamin B2 and many more. White chocolate can be described as a highly healthy supplemental food and it is made from a mixture of milk solids, coco butter and sugar. White chocolate does not contain any caffeine and the antioxidants available in this fruit fight against deadly dangerous free radicals with utmost efficiency. First of all, you have to take a 7.5 cm deep x 10.5 cm x 25.5 cm (top) loaf pan.
The second step is to grease the pan.
Then, you have to line base and sides using baking powder.
You should focus on extending paper 3 cm from edge of the pan all sides.
Now, a heat-proof microwave-safe bowl should be taken.
Place chocolate in the bowl.
The microwave should be kept at a medium level for 2 to 3 minutes.
You have to stir well using a spoon (metal) halfway through cooking.
You can stop when it becomes smooth.
It should be kept aside for at least 10 minutes to cool down.
The next step is to beat the cream.
It should be done for 2-3 minutes till soft peaks form.
Now, the egg yolks should be added to the chocolate.
Then, half the cream should also be added.
Stir well to combine them.
The next step is to fold in the cream(remaining).
The beaters and bowl should be washed and dried.
Then, the egg whites should be beaten for 3 to 4 minutes with the help of an electric mixer. (You have to stop when soft peaks form).
Now, you can add sugar.
It should be beaten until the mixture turns glossy.
Half portion of mixture made of egg white should be folded into chocolate until combined.
Then, you have to fold the balance egg white mixture.
The next step is to fold in passion fruit pulp.
Now, the mixture should be spooned into a prepared pan.
The surface needs to be covered with plastic wrap.
Then, you should foil.
Freeze overnight. (You need to make sure that it turns firm).
The mousse should be turned onto a large plate.
Now, you can cut into slices.
It should be topped with passion fruit pulp and whipped cream.
The dish is ready to serve.

- White chocolate – 180 grams. (It should be chopped).
- Caster sugar – 1/4 cup.
- Passion fruit – 2 nos.
- Whipped cream and passion fruit pulp – 1/4 cup (Allow overnight freezing time).
