Nothing quenches hot summer afternoons like a pineapple, apricot and lime punch. Not only is it sweet, its also nutritious and easy to make. Little children like them too, and they taste even better when paired with tasty summer snacks.
Preparing a pineapple, apricot and lime punch is quite easy. The first step is to combine the pineapple juice, the soda water, the ginger beer and the lime juice into one jug. If your pineapple juice contains chunks of actual pineapple, be sure to set them aside for later.

Next, stir to combine the flavors of the various juices. Take a sip of the punch after youre done stirring. If its too sweet or too sour, add a little water. On the other hand, if its not sweet enough then add a little sugar.

After youre done stirring. pour the juice into your serving jug, and then add the ice and slices of lime. You can also add a few chunks of pineapple, but again, thats up to you.

Finally, add the ice and then serve immediately. If there are any leftover, these can be frozen to make slushies later on.

The pineapple, apricot and lime punch is best served during hot summer afternoons. It also goes well with simple snacks, such as sandwiches and simple sweet treats. So if your kids would like something to drink during the afternoon then this is a great beverage to make.
