- Chia seeds – 2 tablespoons.
- Craisins – 1/3 cup.
- Vanilla – 1 teaspoon.
- Apple sauce – 2/3 cup. (You can use mashed instead of apple sauce).
- Chocolate chips – 1/3 cup. (It is an optional ingredient).
