1) For making the coulis, half lemon needs to be juiced and it should be placed in a pan along with honey and raspberry.
2) After cooking them gently for a few moments, they must be broken down using a wooden spoon’s back.
3) They should be blended to a puree before pushing through a sieve. Raspberry seeds have to be discarded.
4) Then, it has to be divided between four jars’ or little pots’ bottom.
5) For making granola, a pinch of salt, cinnamon and coconut oil need to be melted in a pan and the heating must be done in a gentle manner.
6) Honey, seeds and oats have to be poured in and cooked for around five minutes. You have to stir well to combine and the pan needs to be kept moving until evenly browned.
7) It should be spread out on a baking sheet to cool.
8) Strawberries must be sliced up and divided between the pots by layering over the coulis.
9) One tablespoon yogurt should be spooned on top of each pot.
10) One tablespoon of granola has to be sprinkled over each pot before serving.
