Rice salad with chicken pieces

We use chicken pieces marinated in a honey marinade, soy sauce and hot water. Add crushed garlic and sprinkle with little salt. Let the chicken marinate for at least an hour, but longer is better. Cook the rice until tender. Decant pickled corn, wash leek and cut it into tiny circles. Place chicken pieces to the pan where you fry it in olive oil abruptly. Then mix it all in a bowl with rice, meat and vegetables. To taste add yoghurt and tartar sauce. At the end sprinkle everything with freshly chopped parsley. Salad is served cold. Rýzi uvarime do mekka. Slijeme sterilovanou kukurici, porek omyjeme a nakrajime na kolecka. Kureci kousky vlozime na panev kde je zprudka osmahneme na olivovem oleji. V mise smichame rýzi, maso a zeleninu. K tomu pridame podle chuti jogurt s tatarskou omackou. Vse pak posypeme cerstve narezanou petrzelovou nati. Salat podavame za studena.

  • 1 can pickled corn
  • 200 g jasmine rice
  • marinade 1 spoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot water
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • to the taste leek
  • tartar sauce
  • white yoghurt or sour cream
  • parsley top
  • to the need olive oil
