  • Heavy cream - 1 cup.
  • Chicken stock - 2 cups.
  • Sliced shallots - 2 nos.
  • Medium sliced turnips - 3 nos. (They have to be peeled and sliced)
  • Sweet potatoes - 2 no. (They should be peeled and sliced)
