First of all, you need to allow sausage and cheese to come back to room temperature.
Take a mixing bowl.
Add cheese and sausage into the bowl.
Bisquick should be added as well.
All these ingredients should be blended until they become really smooth. (You can use handheld electric mixer to combine the ingredients)
You have to stop the blending process until the mixture becomes a bit dry.
A cookie sheet needs to be lined using aluminum foil.
Vegetable oil spray needs to be sprayed in a proper manner.
The next step is to press or roll the mixture into balls. (The size of each ball should be in inch and you can use your hand to make these balls).
Now, you have to place balls on the cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
They should be baked at 400 Degree Fahrenheit for about 10 to 12 minutes. (You can stop when the balls turn golden brown.
They must be drained on paper toweling.
You can serve this dish warm.

- Sharp cheddar cheese – 10 ounce package. (It must be grated).
- Bulk sausage – 1 lb.
