You just need to spend only 15 to 20 minutes to make this dish and if you follow the exact quantity of ingredients available in this scrambled eggs recipe, you can serve it for 2 people. It is one of the simplest ways to make a wonderful dish with egg and the taste can be described as simply amazing.
First of all, you have to whisk cream, eggs and pinch of salt together.
Whisk well until all ingredients are combined properly. (You must make sure that the mixture has just one consistency).
Then, a small non-stick frying pan should be heated for a minute.
Butter needs to be added and you should allow it to melt. (You should not allow the butter to brown to prevent the discoloration of the eggs).
Now, the egg mixture must be poured in.
Let it sit without stirring for 20 seconds.
Stir using a wooden spoon and the eggs should be lifted and folded it over from the bottom of the pan.
Again, let it sit for another 10 seconds.
It should be stirred and folded once again.
You have to keep repeating this procedure until the eggs are runny slightly in places and softly set.
It should be removed from the heat.
Leave it for a few minutes to complete the cooking process.
After a final stir, you can serve this dish.

- Full cream or single cream milk – 6 tablespoons.
