You can refrigerate it and take out in the next day. First of all, you need to take a food processor. Half of salmon should be placed in the processor. You have to add sour cream.
The next step is to add lemon rind and lemon juice. You also need to add pepper and cardamom. Process all these ingredients until they turn smooth. Then, the salmon mixture should be transferred to a bowl.
Now, the remaining salmon should be coarsely chopped. It should be folded into the salmon mixture. 1/4 cup chives should be folded in.
It needs to be covered. Then, it should be chilled. If you want, you can garnish with additional chopped chives.
