The ingredients required are also fairly simple. Apart from spaghetti and kale, you will need some cheese, eggs and black pepper. And just a pan and a skillet will be good enough to prepare the dish. You dont need any fancy equipment. And the good thing is that you can easily prepare this dish within 20 minutes.
First, you need to get a large pot and then add some spaghetti inside it. Once the spaghetti becomes firm, you need to add some kale and then cook for around 2-3 minutes. However, before you drain the mixture, make sure that you save at least one cup of the cooking liquid, because you will need it later on.
Apart from a pan, you will also have to get an additional skillet to prepare the bacon.
Now go back to the spaghetti which you have prepared before. You now need to add the eggs to the mixture. You should also add some cheese to improve the taste. You can also add yogurt to make the dish taste more unique.
Get some tongs so that you can toss the mixture properly. It will take around 1 or 2 minutes to cook the eggs properly. In that time, you can add the pasta water which you have saved before. It is completely up to you regarding how much of the liquid you want to add. If you want your sauce to be slightly dry, then you have to add less water.
Finally, when you are done with all this, add some black proper to provide the finishing touch.
