Ingredients

  • Egg- 2 nos.
  • Spinach leaf – 250 gram bag (They should be washed).
  • Half-fat crème fraiche – 100 grams.
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon.
  • White fish fillet (Skinless and boneless) – 300 grams. (It should be cut into big chunks).
  • Lemon juice – Taken from 1/2 lemon.
  • Potato – 450 grams.

Cooking guidelines

Take a perforated bowl or colander.

The spinach should be tipped into that bowl. The potatoes need to be tipped into a saucepan too.

You have to take a kettle. Fill it with water. Bring to the boil.

Pour adequate boiled water over the potatoes to cover them.

The remaining water should be poured over the spinach to make them flaccid.

The potatoes should be brought to the boil. They should be cooked for 8 to 10 minutes until they turn tender.

Then you have drain and mash the potatoes.

When the spinach becomes cool, the excess water should be squeezed out using your own hands.

Then, the spinach should be scattered over the bottom of a small oven-proof dish. You have to leave two gaps for the eggs while scattering the spinach. The eggs should be cracked into the gaps.

Season with pepper and salt.
