You don’t need to be a cooking expert to deal with steaks. This steak skewers with chimichurri sauce teaches you how to cook steaks effortlessly and also in a fast manner. This recipe offers 6 servings and you can make it within 45 minutes.
 
 
For chimichurri sauce
1) Garlic cloves must be smashed on a cutting board with the help of a knife back.
2) Salt needs to be added and keep on smashing the garlic to form a paste.
3) The garlic must be transferred into a bowl. Red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, oregano, parsley and cilantro should be stirred in.
4) The olive oil has to be whisked in.
5) Pepper and salt must be used to season.
 
For skewers
1) After taking the skewers, 5 pieces of beef, 3 pieces of onion and 3 tomatoes should be arranged on each skewer.
2) Olive oil has to be used for brushing the skewers on both sides.

4) They should be cooked on a preheated grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side working in batches. You must check whether they are nicely charred on both sides.
5) This dish can be served immediately after garnishing with chimichurri sauce in a generous manner.

  • Extra virgin oil – 1/2 cup.
  • Red pepper flakes – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Fresh parsley – 1 1/4 cups. (Chopped)
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon. (You can keep some more to taste)
  • Black pepper (Freshly ground) – To taste.
  • Red wine vinegar – 1/3 cup.
  • Fresh oregano (Chopped) – 1/4 cup.
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) – 1 1/4 cups.
  • Garlic cloves – 2 nos.
  • #Ingredients for skewers#
  • Extra virgin olive oil – As needed.
  • Red onion –1 no. (It must be cut into large cubes)
  • Black pepper (Freshly ground) – To taste.
  • Salt – To Taste.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 1 pint.
  • Beef tenderloin – 1 1/2 pounds. (It should be cut into cubes)
