Ingredients

  • 4 medium fresh tomatoes, cut into 1 inch chunks

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced

  • ½ red onion, diced

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper

  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Toss together tomatoes, cucumber, onion, mayonnaise, and garlic in a large serving bowl. Season with pepper and salt.
