Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

  • ¼ cup light soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Combine canola oil, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, garlic and pepper in a sealable plastic bag.

  2. Add chicken to bag and squeeze bag to coat chicken; seal bag.

  3. Let stand 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  4. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade.

  5. Grill over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
