Ingredients

  • 1 ⅛ cups vanilla wafers, crushed

  • ¾ cup flaked coconut

  • ¾ cup confectioners' sugar

  • ½ (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

  • cup confectioners' sugar for rolling

Directions

  1. Mix together the vanilla wafers, coconut, 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, and frozen orange juice.

  2. Mold into 1 inch balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
