A great tasting steak on the grill, and very easy too.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds flank steak

  • 10 fluid ounces teriyaki sauce

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest

  • ¼ cup cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup water

  • teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, ginger, sesame oil, orange zest, vinegar, water, cayenne pepper, and garlic. Place steak in a shallow dish, and pour marinade over meat. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  2. Preheat grill for high heat.

  3. Lightly oil the grate, and place meat on grill. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Test for doneness.
