  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

  • 2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt

  • teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 4 tomato slices

  • 4 lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Mix chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt and pepper.

  2. Divide chicken mixture among 4 bread slices. Top with tomato, lettuce and remaining bread slices.
